KURAKI Privacy Policy (Personal Information Protection Policy)

We, KURAKI Co., Ltd., recognize the importance of protecting personal information and are committed to protecting personal information in accordance with the following policy.

Purpose of Use of Personal Information

1. Use of personal information by KURAKI

We will provide personal information on our customers and business partners (“Personal Information”) as necessary for the conduct of our business. We will use such Personal Information in the following business fields and for the following purposes.

  • General Machinery Business
  • Information equipment business
  •  (2) Purpose of use
  • Manufacture and sale of products, provision of products and services
  • Shipping of products, repair, inspection, maintenance, and after-sales service of products

Requests and inquiries regarding personal information are accepted through the prescribed procedures at the contact point specified below.   •  (3) Notification from the Company

Notification of requests for disclosure, etc. will be sent by registered mail with limited delivery to the address indicated on the identification documents.

  •  (4) Fees for requests for disclosure and notification of purpose of use

For requests for disclosure of personal information and notification of purpose of use, a fee of 1,000 yen will be charged per request. Please attach a postal money order for 1,000 yen to the application form. Please note that the applicant will be responsible for the handling fee in this case.

3. How to confirm the identity of the person or his/her agent

In the case of a request for disclosure, etc. of personal information, or in other cases where we deem it necessary, we will confirm that the requestor is the person whose personal information is to be identified or his/her representative by the following method.

  • One of the following documents verifying the person’s name and address
